I have been advising companies and private investors on all corporate, capital markets and commercial law matters for more than ten years and am co-head of the transaction advisory group at SNP Schlawien. I specialise in advising on national and cross-border transactions in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, in particular the

• the preparation and negotiation of purchase agreements for company acquisitions and sales (share deal/asset deal);
• the preparation and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements and investment agreements in connection with the acquisition of shareholdings (e.g. financing rounds for start-up companies);
• the implementation of legal due diligence audits as well as preparation of the respective due diligence reports;
• general consulting on company law and capital markets law (e.g. implementation of new company law structures);
• the assessment of general civil law, business law and company law issues;
• Litigation

Before joining SNP Schlawien in October 2015, I worked for five years at the major international law firm Weil Gotshal in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital.
