Dr Stefan Schlawien

I have been working in the field of corporate law for many years, advising national and international companies. My main areas of expertise include advising family-owned companies on restructuring, M&A transactions and corporate succession issues.

I work together with other experienced colleagues from SNP at the interfaces of corporate law, tax law, foundation law and inheritance law, which are often relevant in connection with an analysis and optimisation of the corporate structure for asset succession or the sale of companies. This enables us to work as a team to develop legally and tax-optimised solutions for our clients.
