Ulf Tilo Kellner

As a certified specialist in tenancy and residential property law, I advise and represent national and international companies from the real estate industry, institutional investors and public bodies (local authorities, cities, municipal companies) in all matters relating to the acquisition and operation of real estate. My work focuses on real estate transactions (legal due diligence and conclusion of purchase agreements) as well as the drafting and conclusion of commercial lease agreements. I also specialise in providing full tenancy law support for several nationwide property portfolios, including receivables management.

From my professional practice, I developed the so-called ‘Berlin eviction’ and enforced it before the Federal Court of Justice. This type of eviction enforcement was subsequently standardised by the federal legislator in Section 885a of the German Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO).
