About me

I specialise in legal issues relating to the purchasing, production and distribution of products or services. In particular, I advise clients on the drafting and negotiation of operational contracts (e.g. framework supply agreements, procurement agreements, project agreements, service agreements, quality assurance agreements, logistics agreements and general terms and conditions) and support them in both the enforcement and defence of claims. I also specialise in the area of product liability. Here I advise clients in connection with claims for subsequent fulfilment, claims for damages as well as product warnings and product recalls.

I also have extensive experience in setting up and restructuring distribution systems. In this context, I regularly draft authorised dealer agreements, commercial agency agreements, franchise agreements, commission agreements and brokerage agreements and advise on any compensation claims at the end of the contract.
