Our office is located on the 2nd floor of Specks Hof, the oldest surviving shopping arcade in Leipzig. At the beginning of the 20th century, the trading house was the largest exhibition centre in the city with 10,000 m² of exhibition space and was extended in subsequent years to include lavishly furnished arcades, atriums – which were embellished by artists with a variety of artistic elements – and staircases. Following its restoration in 1996, the building was awarded the ‘Trophy’ at the MIPIM in Cannes for the most beautifully refurbished office building that year. Parking is available in the car parks and multi-storey car parks in the immediate vicinity.
