About me

As a certified specialist in commercial and corporate law, I advise corporate groups with German investment companies as well as mostly medium-sized and smaller national companies on all matters of corporate law.

My practice in corporate law covers all life cycle phases of a company, from its formation to capital measures such as financing rounds involving internal and external investors, reorganisations, due diligence, acquisitions or sales in the form of share or asset deals or liquidation.

I have been advising many of my clients since the start-up phase and now have long-standing client relationships. The ongoing advice and support in terms of corporate housekeeping includes the preparation and organisation of shareholders’ meetings and general meetings and the resolutions of the management, executive and supervisory bodies as well as the corporate law documentation, including updating the commercial register and transparency register entries, etc.

I advise companies in various sectors, including research companies in the biotechnology sector, companies operating in the wholesale and retail sectors of the fashion industry, fintech companies and insurance companies.

In commercial law, my industry focus is on insurance distribution law. An essential part of my work is litigation: I represent the insurer’s side in contentious proceedings on all industry-specific issues of commercial agency law (commission and compensation claims of the insurance agent, book extract, contentious termination of contract).
