Barbara Rose

As a lawyer, I specialize in inheritance law and asset succession and provide you with comprehensive advice in all areas of inheritance law and asset planning – naturally including the interfaces with family law, tax law and company law.

I will assist you in a results-oriented manner both in preventive advice and in accompanying conflicts in the extrajudicial or procedural enforcement of your claims. I attach particular importance to individual solutions that take your personal and family circumstances into account.

My training as a mediator also enables me, as a neutral third party, to expertly guide parties to a conflict in the context of out-of-court dispute resolution to develop solutions that are in their own interests and sustainable in the long term.
