About me

As a lawyer, I have been advising clients in the field of asset succession in both the private and corporate sectors since 2014. My advisory and structuring work covers in particular the interfaces between inheritance, tax, corporate and non-profit law. This includes advising on and drafting transfer agreements, wills, corporate reorganisations, partnership agreements (e.g. family pools) and foundations.

In inheritance law, as a certified specialist I provide comprehensive support both out of court and in court proceedings, for example to realise or defend claims to compulsory portions or legacies or in disputes between or within communities of heirs. I have extensive procedural experience, which enables me to competently and routinely assert my clients’ claims and legal interests in contentious court proceedings or in probate proceedings, such as inheritance certificate, executor’s certificate or executor’s discharge proceedings.

As a certified specialist in tax law, I focus in particular on inheritance and gift tax law, real estate transfer tax law and income tax law, which regularly goes hand in hand with civil law structuring advice. However, I also have many years of experience and practice in contentious tax law disputes, both in official objection proceedings and before the fiscal courts.

I attach great importance to achieving holistic solutions that not only do justice to the legal interests of my clients, but also take into account the economic interests and tax circumstances.

Together with our team of three specialist lawyers for inheritance law in Munich, we offer maximum quality advice in inheritance law, including in the area of the interfaces between inheritance and corporate law as well as inheritance and family law.

I completed my studies at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. During my subsequent legal clerkship, I worked for the Chamber of Commerce Abroad in Montréal, Canada. Since 2014 I have worked as a lawyer for a law firm specialising in succession planning and since 2022 I have been part of the SNP Schlawien team in Munich.
