Dr Clemens Rogge

I have been advising companies on their development for over 30 years. I have structured and executed numerous company acquisitions and sales as well as transformations, including preparatory due diligence, for clients. I also represent clients in disputes following company acquisitions before courts and arbitration tribunals. In my ongoing advisory work for corporate clients, the focus is on contract and employment law, e.g. in the drafting of managing director and employment contracts, as well as in the implementation and settlement of separations. I also handle contracts from all areas of distribution and competition law matters. For decades, I have worked extensively for foreign corporations on matters relating to their domestic subsidiaries. As a result, communication in English is part of my daily work.
