Christian Voß

I have been practising as a solicitor since 2007 and have for many years provided comprehensive advice to employees, executives, company directors and employers on all matters relating to employment and service contract law. As a specialist in employment law, my focus is on providing clients with practical, clear and legally sound support – from drafting contracts and preventing disputes to enforcing their interests in court.

 

In addition, I advise small and medium-sized enterprises in all areas of commercial and civil law, drawing on my extensive experience in contractual and contentious matters. A particular focus here is on representing dealers in disputes arising from contracts for the sale of new and used cars, as well as leasing agreements – from out-of-court dispute resolution through to the enforcement of their rights in court.
