Fabian Birle

Attorney

About me

As a solicitor specialising in banking and capital markets law, I advise and assist banks and companies on all key issues relating to banking and capital markets law, as well as related areas such as company law. In particular, I support my clients in drafting legally sound contracts, implementing regulatory requirements, and addressing issues concerning financial products and their structuring.

Should disputes arise, I also assist my clients in resolving them through the courts. In doing so, I consistently enforce their claims – whether in the context of recovering outstanding debts or through enforcement proceedings. In this way, I provide my clients with dedicated support through all phases of conflict management.

Outside of my professional life, I am a keen sports enthusiast and enjoy spending time in nature – whether hiking, cycling or engaging in other outdoor activities. I appreciate both the challenge and the balance that sport offers me. As a football fan since childhood, I follow the sport with great passion. In my spare time, I continually expand my knowledge, both in the legal field and beyond.

As a young lawyer, my aim is to develop individual and sustainable solutions for my clients with a fresh perspective, commitment and professional expertise. I am convinced that legal advice means more than mere theory – an understanding of economic contexts and clear, comprehensible communication on an equal footing are equally crucial.
