About me

For over 25 years, I have been advising owner-managed medium-sized companies, shareholders, managing directors, and entrepreneurial families on all aspects of corporate law. A particular focus of my work is the legal structuring and support of company succession and generational succession.

The transfer of a company requires not only precision in terms of corporate law, but also an understanding of established structures, family relationships, and economic responsibility. I provide strategic support for this process with the aim of developing viable and long-term stable solutions.

Another key focus of my work is advising on restructuring and corporate reorganization. This includes both strategically planned adjustments to ownership and management structures and restructuring in economically challenging situations.

I am also increasingly involved in resolving shareholder conflicts. My priority in this regard is to create clear legal structures at an early stage and, where necessary, to consistently enforce my clients’ interests in court proceedings.

My advice is characterized by an analytical, structured approach and a keen understanding of corporate decision-making processes. In addition to legal viability, the focus is always on the economic sustainability of the solution.
