Dr A. Olrik Vogel

I advise contractors, clients and planners on private construction and architectural law and represent them both in and out of court. I have particular experience in the defence of liability claims against architects and engineers.

However, my particular expertise lies in the interface between property development law and residential property law.

I am a long-standing member of the scientific advisory board of eid – Evangelischer Immobilienverband Deutschland e.V. I have been responsible for the legal programme of the Building Damage Forum in Rottach-Egern am Tegernsee for many years. I am also one of the heads of the Southern Bavaria Construction Contract Law Working Group of the German Society for Construction Law.

I am regularly appointed as an (individual) arbitrator for construction law disputes on the basis of various arbitration rules.
